清洗流程

• 1、进料检测 Incoming Inspect > In Class 10K Clean room

来料针对外观确认品质、脏污、皮损进行确认。

According ti the appearance to confirm the quality, smudge, damage.

• 2、预洗 Pre-Clean > In Class 10K Clean room

将产品做初步的清洗，洗除较大的脏污以及Particle。

Do the initial clean to wash away the smudges and bigger particle.

• 3、最终清洗 Final Clean > In Class 1 Clean room

使用SEMI业界常见的清洗机台DMS、CKplas设备进行产品洁净。

Including the inspection of APC,LPC,IC,ICP-MS & GC-MS,CMM to control the cleanliness quality.

• OQC检验 > In Class 1~100 Clean room

含有APC、LPC、IC、CP-MA & GC-MS等检测机台，对于产品洁净度进行把关。

• 出货 Shipping > In Class 100 Clean room

无尘真空包装，进行出货。
