Cleaning process

• 1、Incoming Inspect > In Class 10K Clean room

According ti the appearance to confirm the quality, smudge, damage.

• 2、Pre-Clean > In Class 10K Clean room

Do the initial clean to wash away the smudges and bigger particle.

• 3、Final Clean > In Class 1 Clean room

Including the inspection of APC,LPC,IC,ICP-MS & GC-MS,CMM to control the cleanliness quality.

•4、 OQC inspection> In Class 1~100 Clean room

Include APC,LPC,IC,ICP-MA & GC-MS,CMM to control the quality.

•5、Shipping>In Class 100 Clean room

Vacuum packing in clean room before shipping.
